Invest Forward is where the journey moves from readiness to access. This is not a judging panel. There are no women sitting on stage waiting to be scored. Because Good Woman Circle was never built around judgement. It was built around opportunity.
Instead, we fill the room with the people who can actually move something forward: investors, CEOs, founders, board members, family offices, business leaders, decision makers, global connectors, media and people with the ability to invest, introduce, collaborate or open another door.
Then we give women the spotlight. Not to be judged. To be seen. To be heard. To show the room who they are, what they are building and what they need next. And then let the conversations begin.

Ten women. One stage. A room built for what happens next.
Only women who have completed Take the Floor can apply to Take the Stage at Invest Forward. That matters. Because the stage is not where the work starts. It is where the work becomes visible.
Before Invest Forward, the ten selected women go deeper. They receive intimate preparation with Jo and Debbie, building on everything they began at Take the Floor.
With Debbie, they go into the business: the pitch deck, the numbers, the ask, the investor conversation and what they need to be ready for when the right person asks the right question.
With Jo, they work on the woman taking the stage: presence, voice, story, public speaking, authenticity, energy and how to stand in that spotlight without turning into somebody else.
Then comes the stage. A room full of people who can change what happens next. Professional photography. High-end film. Visibility. A moment designed entirely around them.
You are not paying to be judged. You are investing in being ready to be seen.

Every one of the ten women taking the stage receives a GWC Golden Envelope.
Inside is her invitation to the stage.
It marks the moment the journey moves from preparation into visibility. From readiness into access.
From “One day…” to “The floor is yours.”
The Golden Ticket

Ten women will arrive knowing they are taking the stage. One more won’t. But the Golden Ticket is not open to every attendee. It is only open to women who have already completed Take the Floor, because Take the Floor is the preparation journey that gets a woman ready for the Invest Forward stage.

To enter the Golden Ticket draw, a woman must have completed Take the Floor, be attending Invest Forward, actively opt in to the Golden Ticket and confirm that if her name is called that night, she is genuinely ready to Take the Stage.

Before the event, every eligible woman who wants to take part answers one simple question: “If your name was called tonight, would you genuinely be ready to Take the Stage?” If the answer is yes, she enters. If the answer is no, she simply comes to Invest Forward, enjoys the room, supports her sisters and connects like everybody else.

One woman is selected at random from the eligible women who opted in. No judging. No scoring. No deciding who is “better.” Every eligible woman has the same chance.

When they arrive at Invest Forward, the women in the Golden Ticket draw each receive an identical sealed Golden Ticket Envelope. Nobody opens it. Not yet. Then, at one moment during the event, they are asked to open them together. Most contain a message from GWC. One says: TONIGHT, THE FLOOR IS YOURS.

Because every woman in that draw has already completed Take the Floor and personally said YES, I’m ready, the surprise is exciting without putting somebody on a stage who does not want to be there. No weeks of overthinking. No months of waiting. She has already done the work. She already said she was ready. Now the room calls her name. One Golden Ticket. One unexpected spotlight. One woman ready to step into it.
This is not a boring investment conference
You will know that within five minutes of walking in.

We do not want people walking into Invest Forward asking only: “What can I get from this room?” We also want them asking: “What could I make happen for somebody in it?”
